The OCAD Student Union Board of Directors consists of eleven voting members and is the final decision-making body of the Student Union, accountable to the membership. The Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring all OCAD Student Union By-laws, policies, procedures, and mandates are met. Each member is elected into their position during either our general election held annually in the spring, or if the position is still vacant, during our by-elections, held annually in the fall. If a position becomes vacant after October 31st, or the fall by-elections, whichever is later, an appointment to fill the vacancy will be made by the OCAD Student Union Board of Directors. The appointment will last until the next scheduled general election or by-election.
